After submitting my CV there were two rounds of interviews, one with the person who would be my direct line manager and one with general manager before confirmation I had the role.

Question 1
Previous experience and short presentation to feedback on.
It was nice and friendly/relaxed. I felt at ease and happy to join them. Friendly people and gave a lot of info on what the job entailed. asked me what would I do in certain situations of the job but were relaxed and didn't expect me to have all the answers.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Magdalen Medical Publishing (London, England) in Sept 2023
Interview
Relatively standard questions with 2 interviewers. The atmosphere was relatively dry and it was difficult to build rapport. I would recommend going out of your way to try to connect with them if possible, as I believe this would make a difference to your outcome.
