Very quick, maybe 5 mins long. Only three questions on how one should respond to different scenarios. E.g What would you do if a customer approached you and seemed to be heavily intoxicated? Then, you get your photo taken for an ID card and you are taken to the kiosks for till training.

Interview
The interview took place in one of the bars at the Manchester United stadium and when we first came up we lined up showing telling someone at a desk our names as well as taking a photo one by one. We then sat down and waited to be called.

I was asked questions about how I wouldn’t react to work scenarios and we talked through what the job contained. We also practised working so we could use the till and practise remembering the food.
