First stage of interview was general. Questions about reason for job seeking, why Mangopay and so on. I was told to perform the technical task at home. I also heard that I should do it in the next few days. The task was about implementation of the API testing framework from scratch, prepare authorization, write some tests.It was expected of me to spend roughly 8 hours on solving it. I did that and I have sent my solution. 5 days later I did get an email from the HR lady that my solution is being put on queue, but when it gets checked she will come back to me. One week later from that moment I did get rejection email stating that there was already a candidate that they offered and the position is no longer available. I find it disrespectul that I have spent 8 hours of my private free time and nobody even bothered to look at my work! I discourage anyone to apply. If that is how candidates are mistreated imagine what happens while working there!
