When I explained that the UX design process as something depending on the scope and context of the projects and the problems we're solving. She was not satisfied. She said I should say Step 1 ____. Step 2 ____.

I believe I was on a phone call interviewed by the same HR. When my qualification didn't met the company expectation, I was surprised by her reaction which show her disappointment with a long sigh. I am not sure if she had studied my resume before the call.
