Simple interview with the MaitreD followed by 4hour trial shift, then 3 days of training on OpenTable. Then I was ready to start. Working in a pressurised environment especially a 2* Michelin restaurant is never going to be easy but you start at the begining and work through and day by day it gets easier

trial shift first which includes prep like ice carrying, small stock check, serving wine,doing enterance when guests arrive , explaining the wine menu, wine pairings, till training only for simple items, then the interview

There wasn’t much of a process I just did a trial shift, was offered the job straight after.
