Interview
So far I have had two phone interviews, and I will be going on to the third and final round of interviews next week. The first call was very preliminary, but provided me with a better understanding of how the commission based salary works. The second call was EXTREMELY helpful--more thoroughly explained the business model, answered all my questions, and explained and how the salary specifically increases each year. Seems like a really great company, and I am looking forward to taking the next step in this process.
