Interview
An initial screening call with HR with general questions about my CV history and aspirations. This was followed by a telephone interview with the recruiting manager. There was no specific questioning format which I thought was unusual. It was more of an additional screening call to understand if my expectations met those of the job role.

Question 1
We have a very small team, how would you work with a team of this size?
Easy simple direct behaviourial test. Not able to remember the question but was easy to decifer but stay confident and calm don’t panic. Everything will be done smoothly and early
Applied in May 2022, over a month until I finally was asked for a digital interview. Several more weeks after that I was asked for 2 panel interviews and a final interview. In the end was not offered the job, even though process took over 3 months! Typical behavior questions in all the interviews. Company needs to work on quicker timelines and being decisive instead of stringing people along for months.
Processo enrolado, meses para dar resposta sobre as fases, uma perda de tempo. Toda hora o processo era colocado em stand by e meses depois veio a fase final, que era uma apresentação e recebi um email automatico me dispensando.
