I applied to an online advertisement and was contacted in 2 days. The initial phone conversation was personable and related to the position that I applied for and it was obvious that the interviewer had a good understanding of the position unlike most initial interviews that are from HR associates that ask scripted questions that don't seem to have much relevance to the position. The in-person interview was professional and personable and seemed very relevant to the position. The skills test covered a broad range of skills, some of which were unrelated or very specific to certain operating procedures but this was understood by the interviewer and discussed fully and taken into account. It was clear from the interview that they were interested in people who were looking to expand there knowledge and value to the company.
