I had a phone interview with the recruiter. I thought the interview went well. After about three weeks or so, I got the dreaded we decided to go with someone else email.

Interview team was well-prepared. Each team member read my resume and there were no repeat questions from the team. They used behavioral interview questions and were glad to answer my questions.
