They called me and asked when I could come in for an interview then emailed me to confirm the time.
The manager took me in and asked me question in a relaxed manner. It was relatively short and friendly.

Interview
I was called to set up an interview date. On the day of the interview, I arrived and sat down with two other people. I had no clue I would be doing a group/joint interview. We also were asked to sell a random item on the spot. We did not talk about our backgrounds with sales or customer service or personal professional goals. I received a job offer the next week (3 days after interviewing ).

Interview
I got an email for an interview a couple of days after applying asking me to come to an interview that weekend. It was a group interview, there were 4 of us. We were brought into a waiting area and asked to fill out an availability form and were interviewed in a massage room, it was dimly lit and calm. We were asked a decent amount of questions and handed the lady our resumes and school schedules and were told to expect emails the same night.
