I interviewed with the Bangalore recruitment team and was quite disappointed with their very unprofessional conduct. After an online questionnaire and a 1 hour round with the corporate recruiter, a second round was scheduled with the Hiring Manager 2 days later; but no one turned up at the appointed time. Multiple attempts for followups over phone/ email were not responded to. Mathworks recruitment team at Bangalore needs to realise that we too are busy professionals working on important things and our time too is important. This is the only instance in my long career where a scheduled interview has not been honoured without any apology or explanation from the company - thoroughly unprofessional!
