Fairly quick hiring process through third party temp agency. Phone screening interview with agency, then followed up by in person. Phone interview with Maximus followed by a group orientation. I was called the next day with a job opportunity.

Question 1
Name a work experience when you had to deal with great changes within the company.
The actual interview process was short; hiwever, it was a tempt-hire job so part of my "interview" was successfully working for about 6 months. Then they asked me if I was interested in a permanent posisiton.
Very quick, nice and helpful. Knowledgeable. Very understanding & well thought out questions. Specific details on salary , benefits, pto, kpi, sick days. Schedule and training knowledge. Deep dive into how important customers are and how to deal with them empatheticly

Interview
The interview process with Maximus was informal; you get the job on the spot. The interview was held virtually but you can also go in person where you fill out paperwork, take a small comprehensive test, and then pick your schedule and they tell you the start date.
