First phone interview. Mayo Clinic human resources calls and asks many questions about experience. Then one-on-one interview with more questions about yourself. Final peer review with many questions about strengths and weakness, questions about multiple scenarios.

Applied online and heard back within 24 hours. The head nurse called me the next day and spoke to me about why I was interested and when we could possibly meet for an interview. I helped select a date, attended the mandatory employee informational sessions for a week, and accepted the job.
