The interview process was all done over the phone. I was asked about my experience my job ethic and what it was I was looking for by trying to join the team. I simply explained my experience through my previous employer and I was upfront and honest about my reasons for wanting to work for Maytag. About two days later I was emailed an offer letter from the head of HR which was signed and sent back. Pretty simple and straightforward. Just make sure your resume is up to date and highlights you as a person and your ability to perform the tasks associated with the job you’re looking for with Maytag.

I didn't really have much of an interview experience, the hiring official was already famialiar with my fuels experience. They asked me when I was available to start and I gave them my available to start date and I begin to work on that day. This company definatly looks at your fuels experience, so tell them about it.
