Interview
It went pretty smooth, was referred by someone I know and went and met the Creative Director. He looked at my Portfolio and said that he could give me a chance. And that's that. I joined the following Monday.
Recruiter first to screen the candidate. Then I chatted with the creative director. Both were done over Google Meet. The creative director asked me questions about my campaigns, my past experiences, and what I wanted out of the job.
Creative director was unprofessional and already irritated before arriving. Did not follow up as they had promised to do. Seemed to promote the company's well known overworking environment as a positive.

Great experience. The team was very nice the process took about 2 weeks to get an offer letter. After that they will email you with your offer letter benefits package & time off
