McKernan Packaging interview questions

Filled out the basic application. Took a small math test which was really the biggest part of the application. Youll be given a calculator to solve the problems. During interview found that longevity at previous jobs was another of their key focus on the application. Interviewer was very down to earth & thorough in explaining the daily job functions. If you have no experience with phone CSR or sales this could be a harder interview. Slightly above average base pay & insurance.

I submitted a resume online with career builder. They called me. I met with the interviewer two days later. She was extremely nice and I felt very comfortable. She explained what was and exactly what I would be doing. I had already done my research before going.so I had a feel for what the company was already about. The only thing that we didn't discus was how much I would be making or anything about payroll.
