I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at McMaster-Carr (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2012
Interview
Phone interview only. Asked very basic questions - name a project you were part of/what was your role, name a challenge you faced and how you overcame it, describe a time when you took an unsolicited leadership role, etc.
Nothing out of the ordinary. They gave little information about their management program, and only after rephrasing the question three times did they finally give me an example of a project/assignment I might be put on if hired.

Interview
The interview process was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I really appreciated that the discussions were fully behavioral, allowing me to naturally draw on my past experiences. Furthermore, the company truly goes out of its way to treat you like a VIP throughout the entire visit, covering a remarkably nice hotel stay and providing a generous stipend to ensure you are completely comfortable.

Interview
One behavioral interview with a recruiter and then a day-long onsite interview at the Elmhurst IL location. Superday has two behavioral interviews, walkarounds and more but feels like you're being observed everyday.
