MedCare Pediatric Group interview questions

It was a quick interview with standard ABA questions being asked. I did have to wait a while in the lobby and was asked multiple times by the front office who I was and why I was there.

Interview was a good process, got to tour the clinic and meet with supervisors. Also discussed pay scale, which was a little confusing for a new grad as they do it based on initial salary and then easing into a pay rate per unit with additional pay for reaching certain units.
