The interview process was fairly straight forward. You start with phone interview with someone from HR. If you do well enough on this they will invite you in for an in person interview. If you do well in the in-person interview they contact your references within a couple days. They will usually make their decision with in a week and then get back to you. Overall the entire process is pretty easy. Due to the fact that this is an internship, they ask a lot of behavioral based questions as they understand you probably don't have that much professional experience.
