Very careful selection process. 5 interview sessions, 6 interviewers, and it took 3 months in total. But, eventually someone more suitable filled this role.
In early September I applied for this position. About two weeks later I got a phone call from and had a brief phone screening interview #1 then I was granted an interview #2. After that interview I was told a decision would be made next week.
Two week after that I received a phone call that said they were still interested and invited me for next interview#3 which invloved a case study and presentation. The following week I received a phone call to schedule a Final interview #4 with a Senior Executive. About three weeks after that interview, invited for an informal interview #5.
