Interview
I applied and heard nothing for over a month, and then the interview process moved very quickly. I interviewed with various HR employees, and then with most of the team I would work with. The interviews were not very structured, and the recruiting process was unprofessional (typos and delays in communications). When I showed up to the interview, I waited for 10 extra minutes because the recruiter did not inform my interviewer I was there. I invested a lot of time into this process, interviewed with 7 different people, and was not even notified that I wasn't being considered for candidacy (after I followed up multiple times). When asked for feedback, I received no response - I understand this is not required, but to get so far in the process, and then have no information seemed unprofessional. They seem scattered and unorganized.
Like other reviews said, the recruiter is very arrogant and judgemental. The recruiter asked the candidate to cooperate with their schedule, not the other way around like other companies. I sent my availability and the recruiter asked to talk at a time totally outside of that. I don't understand why they even bothered to ask in the first place.
During the talk, it seems that the recruiter needs to prove their worth by putting candidates down, like saying your experience was not good enough, or your salary expectation was too high for only xx years experiences. Luckily I've already got an offer in that salary range .
