First, I completed a skype interview where I did a 5-minute presentation on the importance of a CRA in the Clinical Research Industry. One week later, I completed a remote assessment (mimicking a monitoring visit). Then, I did not hear anything for three weeks despite two follow up emails. I was then invited for an in-person interview that took place one week later.
