I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Medpace in Aug 2021
Interview
Did a 15 minute screening interview with a current CRA manager where she asked a few brief questions and then told me more about the position and what the next round would entail. My second interview I was asked a few behavioral questions by an HR employee then transferred to another CRA manager to do a small presentation and answer questions on my background.

Question 1
Why was I interested in the position? How I have handled working with other personalities
Short, 3 interviews total. Phone, big interview, then a final call. They were very prompt with scheduling and letting me know where I stand in the process. Good interview process.
