I gave my resume to company representatives at a university career fair. I was called in for an in person interview at the Rexburg, ID facility where I interviewed with a member of management and took a logic test. A few weeks later I was interviewed a second time at the company headquarters in Idaho falls. There were a few technical questions in the interviews, but there was more time spent discussing my background and how I would fit into the corporate culture than anything else.
