A little nervous at first but after they debriefed me on what was going to do there like how many patients am I going to see in a day who I was going to work with I felt a little more comfortable

They just asked about my learning experience in school, how I would a handle a situation, how my personality would be towards patients and we also discussed on how high my salary would be.

Applied for the job and received an email for a phone screening. It was a two step process. Phone screen with the recruiter and then a 30-45 minute interview with the hiring manager in person. Then I received a job offer a little over two weeks later. I accepted.
Thorough, extensive. Quick and to the point. Involved the manager, 2 employees on the unit over zoom. Was asked questions about the medical side of the unit and had time to ask any questions

My interview process was great. Everything took about 2 weeks. My recruiter was phenomenal, she answered all my questions and was very easy to reach. The manager I interviewed with was nice and informative. So far I have had a good experience!
