I interviewed for 3 hours. First with 2 senior engineers who grilled me on technical questions, then with 2 younger engineers who were pretty laid back. We just had some fun casual talk. It was very thorough and everyone was friendly. We basically just went over my resume and I talked about my experience.

I was first contacted by a recruiter. Then had an online interview with a manager. After I had an in person interview that can last up to 3 hours with multiple engineers.
