You will have to complete a very detailed and reflective application AND a video interview. The application includes a complete biograph, a spiritual biography, and questions about how you respond a spiritual care giver. They provided a list of interview questions ahead of time.

Interview process went well overall. I had to do a panel interview with the director of pastoral care as well as a handful of other professionals. I felt that good questions were asked and the offer for the job was fairly prompt
