Met with the store manager and a couple other managers. Very relaxed and a pretty typical part-time retail job interview. Asked about previous job experience, what hours/days I was willing to work and what job I was the most interested in (they had multiple job openings at the time).

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.

Easy. I walked in the store to ask if they had any job openings, and the manager interviewed me on the spot, and offered me a job. I submitted an application afterwards.
