I applied online and within a few weeks I received a call for an in person interview. The interview lasted anywhere from 20-35 minutes. The manager asked me a few questions regarding my previous employment and what I would do during certain scenarios. I was offered the job on the spot so I didn't have to wait for them to call me back.

Give an example of when you had to be a leader in your previous job
Easy and quick, pretty laid back process. It's an initial phone call to screen/schedule an in person interview and then the in person interview lasted about 15 minutes. Pretty conversational and standard questions.
Fast. Very friendly. Questionnaire!!!! But process goes quick. Manager is friendly and interview went fine. Super friendly conversation. Seasonal is easier to enter. After season is over it is easy to stay as a permanent employee.

Easy questions, asking for availability. Mostly part time coworkers that they were looking for to fill in shifts. You should be knowledgeable in arts and craft suppies. Be enthusiastic and ready to learn
