HR representative was extremely unprofessional. She was not prepared and had to read through my resume after I got there because she lost the one I originally sent. Promised me she would call me and let me know if they wanted to move forward in hiring process by the end of the week since I had other opportunities I was pursuing. Never called me or responded to any of my emails.
