First Interview by HR for screening over phone, Then by a manager to check communication, presentation and technical skills and then CEO will see the personality and communication plus interpersonal skills

I was selected from college after a written interview interview, group discussion. The panel was tough and they were incisive with their comments. In the written test they had lots of practical applications about robotics. In the group discussion they basically wanted to see the leadership and the articulating skills along with command over the language.
