Millgate interview questions

Two stage interview, initial stage involved cognitive ability testing and personality profiling. Second stage interview 30/60/90 presentation and CV walk through, again reasonable process. After being told post interview that they would like to offer the role to me but it wouldn’t start until January, I asked a number of times for their financial offer to be sent over for my consideration, sadly despite chasing them this did not materialise. Incredibly poor way to treat candidates, poor communication and a huge lack of respect. Please avoid this company at all costs.
