Interview
The interview process was very smooth. I got the interview through a career fair. 3 rounds in total: 1) Technical screening, 2) Hiring manger technical interview (30 mins) 3) Final interview with 3 rounds of 30 mins each with either individuals or a panel.

GD&T, basic engineering fundamentals, they showed me mechanical parts that had experienced failure and asked potential solutions

STAR method. First round was a virtual interview. Following that was a final round interview that lasted 4 hours. It started with an overview of the company and then you had 3 1:1 interviews. It was hard to get a response back from HR.
