It was a rather standard interview where they asked questions about the personal essay I submitted and strength/competency based questions. Also required me to prepare and deliver a 5 min lesson to the interview panel of 3

The interview went smooth. People were nice. Nothing bad to say. Worth a try if you want to become a MOE teacher. Although the waiting time from the point of signing up and interview is quite long.

There will be a panel of 4-5 educators/ HR personnel. You have to give a 5 minute presentation, before they ask you the standard interview questions. The interview lasts for approximately 15-20 minutes.

Unpleasant experience. Asked about my failure to provide grief therapy when there was no formal training provided for it during my role as a volunteer. Interviewer was interested in finding ways to fault my experience even as an untrained applicant.

It was a long process with alot of physical paper work that we need to submit and verify even before the interview. We were given enough time to prepare before heading for the actual interview. There are 3 panel interviewing consisting of the HR personnel, a school Principal and Head of Counselling programme.
