I applied online. I interviewed at Mint Physician Staffing (Houston, TX) in Jan 2019
Interview
It was a 5 step process:
Phone interview
In person interview
Offer was made
Background check
Signed Welcome packet.
Upper management takes job ver serious, they are on top of everything when it comes down to picking and screening a candidate.
Phone interview was straightforward; in person interview seemed as though they were just going through the motions. BE WARNED: glorified call center...expected to make 80-100 calls per day. Staring salary is $35K in Miami, FL!!!!!!! They treat the interview and job as if you were making significantly more. Informed that this is the salary and it stays at $35K for over a year. If you do not get physicians recruited they will let you go and are known for high turn overs.
Be aware of the job and do not just focus on all the positive feedback from current employees who are told to write positive reviews.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mint Physician Staffing (Miami, FL) in Sept 2017
Interview
HR contacted me to pitch and sell the job. She's very professional, knowledgeable and informative. After an initial conversation I was scheduled for an interview at the office. Met with HR, VP and a few recruiters. Returned for a final interview where I shadowed and met with company President. They let you ask as many questions as you want. Very transparent about the role and their process.
