Phone call to schedule interview. 3 hour interview where I got to meet the directors I would be working with. It was a great setting, open and they made me feel very comfortable. They asked all the right questions and I felt like I was having a conversation.

Interview
Similar to other posted. I submitted my resume through the portal 11/4; received call from HR within 5 days and scheduled in person interview 11/14. Had a delightful day of interviews with HR, President, VP and the team as well as the fundraising consultant on 11/18. After Thanksgiving, VP contact 8 (YES, 8) references including a donor. Then - radio silence. I contacted 12/8 via email and was told VP out until next week due to illness. Then nothing until I called 12/23 - personal issues. As of 1/16 - nothing, not a word. VP didn't bother to call or have a staff person call. Presidential failure in managing his report. They state that one of their values is Hospitality - Dignity, Respect, Openness. Obviously just words - they don't live by this.
