The whole process took about ten days. I Applied for the position on a Friday, and received a phone call from HR the following Thursday to schedule an interview in-between the other potential candidates. The Interview took place over Zoom with the same HR Person, as well as their Marketing Director and Graphic Designer, and lasted less than 30 minutes. The whole team was polite, asked relevant questions, and was genuinely excited to hear about my experience. The HR person followed up within two days of their decision, which was refreshing considering how many employers nowadays ghost candidates following an interview.
