I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mondo (Arlington, VA) in Nov 2017
Interview
The entire process was really smooth and informative. First I was contacted by the recruiter for the company (Amanda Bender) who was extremely friendly and supportive throughout the entire process. After an initial phone screen she set up an in person interview which was a week later. Amanda was very kind and kept a close contact throughout the week even 2 hours before the interview making sure I was prepared for the interview. During the in person interview I met with several team members who were extremely informative about the company and the position. The team even let me sit in on one of their ongoing training sessions which was very helpful into seeing how the company operates and supports their employees. After the interview, Amanda contacted me again for feedback and next steps. It was very nice to see a recruiter so involved. It really showed that the company cares about their applicants. Over all the entire process was great and the company and office had a great vibe and attitude. Out of all the interviews I have been on this is by far the best.

I was spoken to in such a rude manner by one of the sales managers. I have never been treated so curtly before in all my years of interviewing for different roles. I'm not sure if they try to use scare tactics or something over at Mondo, but I have no interest in working for a company with that kind of environment. It seems like they take advantage of young, unexperienced college graduates who are dying to be seen as professionals.

Interview
Phone screening with internal recruiter, in person interview with 2-3 sales managers (one in the local office, the others from corporate)
Unfortunately, the internal recruiter never responded to my feedback from the in person interview. I take it that I didn’t get the job, but a rejection is more professional than no answer, especially since we had been in communication for about a week.
