I interviewed with the HR and hiring manager. The HR woman was very unprofessional. She was not listening, she was mentally somewhere else. She was asking about the points I had explained before. Very unprofessional and rude! After seeing her attitude, I said oh no, If she works in this company and fits in there, then I am not the right person.
I speak not perfect but fluent German (I finished C1.2 course). Instead of appreciating my German skills, which is something I built in 3 years, at the end of the interview she used very complicated words to put me in a difficult situation.
I mean, I learnt a new language in 3 years and I am trying to interview with you, but you are trying to grill me with your native language?
So the message is that the company's intercultural competence is LOW.
"Montblanc"sounds cool but the company inside is very traditional and unprofessional according to my observations during the interview.
Clearly, they also did not like me and I received a rejection. I am happy.
