Simple, behavior questions. Just want to know if job is fit for candidate, as some people are uncomfortable with reaching out to people constantly. Want to know you can be comfortable.
It was super easy and laid back. I did an online interview and then a phone interview. The online interview had a video of someone asking an interview question and then you had unlimited time to think about your answer and 1 minute to answer the question.
