I applied through Indeed for the position. About a week later I got a call from the recruiter asking to set up an interview time.
The first interview was a multi-person interview through Skype. They asked all the general questions and were very responsive to the questions I had for them as well. The only downside was that, due to Covid, the interviewers were all sitting far apart and some far away from the speaker. This made it so I had trouble hearing a couple of them.
A couple of weeks later I got a call from the recruiter requesting a time for a secondary on-site interview. The secondary interview consisted of 3 30min individualized mini-interviews with supervisors and department heads, and 1 phone interview with the HR representative to go over benefits. The 3 interviewers were all very friendly, asked reasonable questions, explained in-detail the position, and responded to my questions as well. It was a very long process and I was exhausted by the time it was over, but altogether I would say it was pleasant and gave me a taste for the company.
