The Motley Fool Summer: Investing Team interview questions

Applied through their online application. A little over a month after I applied, I received an email from HR to have a quick chat to get to know me - seemed casual. Phone interview with HR, which went really well. Essentially asking why I was interested in the position and more about my background. The first phone interview I assumed went well because HR set up the second interview with the team I applied to work with. Second interview I guess went well too because I was told they would get back to me within a week or 2. HR emailed me later that day to follow-up on my second interview. Then they offered me the position, was very surprised.
