A little unorganized. Applied and received an email the same day with an interview date for 2 days later. Was advised to bring scrubs and allow for at least 2 hours. Arrived day of and was told I should have just worn scrubs and to be ready for a shadow shift for 4-5 hours. I had a previous school obligation for 3 hours later. So I was told I'd get a shadow shift later. Before I left I asked about this shadow shift and was told "I'll call you about that". I met with a charge nurse for the unit and then separately with a group of floor nurses. I was also asked about my military duty (reserves). They said they have to consider things like that since they have other employees who have military obligations. I felt like I wasn't getting the job the minute he said that.
