I submitted my application through the "contact us" page on their website. A few days later I got a phone screen call. Soon after I received a call from HR to schedule an interview. The interview was pretty quick, mostly looking through your submitted resume and application. The application has a few essay questions at the end, which are very important. There was not anything unusual asked, nor was there any sort of technical questions asked.
