Two days after I applied online, I received an email to schedule a telephone screening interview with the recruiter. A week after this interview, I had 2 onsite interviews with the hiring manager and the person who was going to be replaced. A week after I had 4 interviews with the Accountant VP, Accountant Director, HR Generalist, and HR VP (in my opinion a little too much for a staff position). Some of them were not prepared for the interview, they did not know anything about me, it seemed to me that they had not even looked at my resume once. The questions in all intweviews were informative regarding my experience and to get to know me. Easy and relaxed interviews. Even though I thought that all the interviews went really good, they called me to say that they pick another candidate.

Relaxed and open , talking about the culture of the workplace and personals of the interviewers but a bit tricky at some points especially regarding on reason for looking for another role when already comfortably in one

I was invited to do a video interview, and then after that I went forward with the phone screening, and then later met with decision makers. It is important to practice in front of a camera to do well with the video interview. The interview was pretty fair, they ask the right question about myself and about my background. They have described the role and it seemed more of a Financial Analyst role due the nature that they mentioned that they wanted someone who has heavy excel skills and working knowledge of SAP, and the Accountant title was a bit misleading and it did not seem entry level either. At the end, the decision maker said, "it was nice meeting you". Right there I knew on the spot that I was not going to be moving forward. Even after I followed up with HR, never heard back as if I did not exist no more as a candidate and also as if I have been completely shut out. Not applying again in the future.
