First a screening call with Talent Acquisition Coordinator, asking some basic questions and also my vaccination status - it's a strange time we live in!
Then a video call with the VP and a project manager. Both were really nice and asked good questions, though nothing very taxing - was more to get a feel for each other and to discuss career history, past projects, etc.
Final interview with team lead had more technical questions, but again nothing too tricky here. All positive stuff, and very professional.
Low-ball offer came in, which I declined. NFP decided to continue search, despite the Talent Acquisition Coordinator telling me that it was their job to do everything possible to hire me - so clearly there's a disconnect somewhere, which may raise some red flags.
Overall experience is was good, it's just a shame that they couldn't deliver on the offer.
