Interview
Two stage interview process. The first interview is a telephone interview where you discuss your background and why you applied for the job with a senior manager. If successful you are invited to a face to face meeting with three senior managers to discuss laser technology and to get a feel of how you might work together.
quite a few rounds of interview, including online and in person. They are tough people. The interview steps are met rigorously. You have to prepare a thorough presentation. They will ask a lot of technocal and non-technical questions.
