Interview
One of the interviewer, which turned to out to be the team manager was over 5 mins late. The other interviewer was his manager. The manager was more interested in reading his emails than in the interview process. They asked standard interview questions about experience, the reason for the job change and asked to tell a story from the previous work live.

Tell us about a P1 and how you handled the situation
Firstly you apply online. Then if selected you are called to the interview location. Then a small written test is taken based on the profile you applied for. Post that a personal interview is taken to finalise things if you qualify the written test.
