I applied online. I interviewed at NVIDIA (Santa Clara, CA) in Nov 2011
Interview
First telephonic round by Hiring Manager. Asked on resume and past internship experience. That was short only for 20 mins. Within a week got e-mail for 2 more telephonic rounds by 2 Senior DFT engineers. Asked questions on path delay test, transition test, verilog coding, boundary scan, lock-up latches, pos-edge and neg edge flops placement, timing issues with testing. Interview was for DFT and all questions asked were related to how comfortable I was using EDA tools for it. No questions on programming/comp arch.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NVIDIA (Santa Clara, CA) in Oct 2023
Interview
2 rounds, tested my basics. More focus on general design questions and verilog. Less focus on DFT. Friendly interviewers, simple questions that can be answered if your fundamentals were strong.
