Interview
The interview process had multiple rounds, as follows
- Telephonic Interview by HR
- Domain telephone interview
- IQ test
- Meeting with Director
1. Telephonic interview was generic one asking experience and giving details about Nagarro
2. Domain telephone interview was more detailed one asking detailed question about various projects I worked on and my overall experience
3. IQ test was again generic test which all the candidates have to take
4.. Fourth round was meeting with two directors one on technical side and other from program management domain

Aptitude test Written test Interview- 2 rounds- tech and HR The aptitude test results are valid for 2 years, so if yoiu pass, you dont have to give it again within 2 years if you re-apply
The interview process was long but totally worth it. I enjoy each at worth it. I am able to add value each day. The autonomy to work and take decisions, the way of empowering employees is excellent here.

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nagarro (Gurgaon, Haryana)
Interview
Process was very lengthy.They took 5-6 rounds and at the end they said now one more VP round is left.After that they forgot and never call me up.
This is really pathetic after spending complete one day ,you have to wait for last round which never happened.
